SURABAYA BROMO IJEN BALI TOUR (4D3N)

TOUR ITINERARY

SURABAYA – MALANG CITY TOUR – BROMO TOUR – IJEN CRATER TOUR – BALI  (4 DAYS 3 NIGHTS)

DAY 1: SURABAYA – JODIPAN RAINBOW VILLAGE – ACCOMMODATION IN MALANG AREA

Our staff will pick you up from the Airport, Hotel, and Train Station in Surabaya (please let us know your Schedule) then we will drive to Malang for enjoying rainbow village in Malang. Then, we will escort you to your accommodation in the Malang area for staying overnight.

DAY 2: MALANG (AGRO TOURISM TOUR – COBAN RONDO WATERFALL – SINGOSARI TEMPLE) – HOTEL IN MOUNT BROMO AREA

After having breakfast at your hotel around 9:00 am, we will escort you to Batu City, Batu is a small town that is located an hour from Malang city. It’s a good place to enjoy agro-tourism by visiting apple and strawberry plantations with nice hill views and fresh air surrounding them. After visiting the plantation, we will continue our trip to Coban Rondo Waterfall. This waterfall is a very beautiful waterfall on the slope of Mount Panderman which is about 32 km to the west of Malang. It is very interesting to see and visit. The height of the waterfall is about 60 meters, and the visitor can enjoy the panorama with a peaceful impression around the waterfall. Around the afternoon, we will continue our trip to Singosari Temple which is located in the Singosari sub-district 15 minutes to the north side of Malang. Singosari is the most popular temple in Malang and it was one of the Singosari kingdom heritages. Afterward, we will escort you to the Mount Bromo area for a pleasant stay and it takes about a 5-6 hour drive.

OPTIONAL TOUR:

If you are an adventurous traveler, we can recommend a Parachuting Trip in Mount Banyak near Malang that can be booked when the weather is great, you can decide on this activity during the trip, so our tour guide will organize the activity for you.

DAY 3: MOUNT BROMO TOUR – HOTEL IN BANYUWANGI AREA

Mount Bromo tour will start at 3:30 AM from your hotel and then the jeep will bring you to the world’s most famous viewpoints, those are Penanjakan and Kingkong hill, it’s located on the rim of the Tengger caldera (2,700 m). From here, you can see the enchanting sunrise with the amazing scenery of Mount Bromo, Batok, and Semeru. After you have enjoyed the view here, we will go back to the jeep then the jeep will continue our adventure to reach the sea of sands in the Mount Bromo area. We will stop at the parking area then you will cross the sea of sands by riding a horse or on foot (it is optional) till reach the stairs up at the slope of Mt. Bromo which it will lead you to reach the peak of Mount Bromo.

About at 8.00 AM, the jeep will bring you back to the hotel for breakfast, take shower, pack, loading bags into our van, and then we will continue our trip to the Hotel in the area of Ijen Crater for about 4-5 hours. On this route, we will pass rural landscapes, small cities, rice fields, plantations, and beaches. In the late afternoon or in the early evening, we will reach your hotel in the area of the ijen crater and then overnight stay before you enjoy the Ijen Crater trekking the next morning.

DAY 4: IJEN CRATER TOUR – TRANSFER TO YOUR HOTEL IN BALI

The Ijen crater tour will start at 5.00 AM from your hotel then our car will bring us to Paltuding. Paltuding is a parking place where will park our car and start our trekking to Ijen Crater. To reach Paltuding, we will pass some coffee plantations, clove plantations, and rainforests. This journey takes approximately 1, 5 hours. Arriving at the parking area of Ijen Crater (1850m), From here, you need 1, 5 hours will be required to hike the slope o Ijen Crater. Along the path, you will enjoy the stunning natural scenery with fresh air & shade. Resting on the edge of the crater at an altitude of 2386 meters and enjoy the best panorama of the lake of acid water which reflects the spectacular view in the surrounding walls that gives the impression like doom. The sulfur miners go down into the crater and climb back up by passing a dangerous path on the edge of the ijen crater with a load of as much as 80 kilograms on their shoulders. This is really a dangerous and hard job. Here also, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery in the crater of ijen crater. Do not forget to take pictures in this area as proof that you have visited one of the most amazing places on earth. After enjoying the natural scenery at Crater of ijen and then descend the slope of Mount Ijen until to the vehicles parking area where our vehicle is waiting for escorting you to the plantations. Afterward, we will be back in the town of Banyuwangi for having lunch at the local restaurant, and then we will drive to Ketapang Ferry Port and then take a ferry to reach Gilimanuk Ferry Port on the western tip of Bali Island. Upon arrival at Gilmanuk Ferry port, we will escort you to your hotel in Bali (Ubud, Lovina, Sanur, Kuta, Jimbaran area). TOUR’S SERVICES FINISHED.

OPTIONAL PROGRAM: 
If the weather is good enough and you have good conditions for trekking at night, you can take Ijen blue fire tour at Ijen Crater but you are required to leave the Hotel or Homestay around 00.30 AM or Midnight. Please check the picture of the blue fire at Ijen Crater on the Internet.
