The Stargazing / Milkyway Tour in Mount Bromo is a magical tourist experience, this special spot in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park has dark skies (when there’s no moon, mostly between the 6-12th beginning of the month), so you can see the stars well without city lights getting in the way. It’s up high, about 2,329 meters (7,641 feet) above sea level, which means you get an awesome view of the sky and the unique landscape of mountains and volcanic plains. The weather is usually clear and nice, so you’ll have lots of chances to see stars, planets, and even the Milky Way, which looks amazing without all the city lights.

DAY 01: SURABAYA – HOTEL IN MT. BROMO AREA

The Mount Bromo Milky Way tour will start in the Surabaya area (Hotel, Airport, or Train Station), then we will drive from Surabaya to Mount Bromo area for about 3-4 hours. Upon your arrival in the Mount Bromo area, we will escort you to the hotel in the Mount Bromo area. If we can reach the Mount Bromo area before 5.00 PM, we will invite you to take a great sunset in Metigen Hill, It’s the best spot to capture the sunset here but we have to see the weather as well.

OPTIONAL PROGRAM (additional cost applied):
If you can start in the morning & the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to visit Madakaripura Waterfall from Surabaya to your hotel in the Mt. Bromo area. Please check the picture of Madakaripura waterfall on the internet

DAY 02: MOUNT BROMO MILKY WAY TOUR – ACCOMMODATION IN BROMO AREA

Mount Bromo Milky Way will start at midnight from your hotel in the Mount Bromo area. the jeep will bring you to the world’s most famous viewpoint in the Mount Bromo area, which is Penanjakan Hill or Kingkong Hill. From here, you will see the great sky with a thousand stars above you. Upon your arrival at the viewpoint, you will be escorted by your guide to the best MilkyWay point here. At about 4:00 AM, you will see some visitors come to see the sunrise here. Around 5:20 AM, you will see the sunrise with Mount Bromo, Mount Batok, and Mount Semeru as a background, it will be great to enjoy the sunrise in the Mount Bromo area with a cup of coffee. After you have finished enjoying the view and captured the incredible landscape here. We will invite you to go back to the Jeep. Then, the jeep will continue our adventure to reach the sea of sands in the Mt. Bromo area. We will stop at the parking area, and then you will cross the sea of sands by riding a horse or on foot (it is optional) until reach the stairs up at the slope of Mt. Bromo which will lead you to reach the peak of Mt. Bromo. At about 8:30 AM, the jeep will bring you back to the hotel for taking shower and breakfast then you can take a nap for a couple of hours before we do a sunset photo session in the Mount Bromo area.

DAY 03: SUNRISE TOUR ON THE PEAK OF MOUNT BROMO – SAVANNA IN TELETUBBIES HILL – SURABAYA

Bromo sunrise tour will start around 3:30 AM from your hotel in the Mount Bromo area, the jeep will bring you to Mount Bromo. This is a special tour because not many people do the sunrise tour from the top of Mount Bromo. Upon your arrival in the Mount Bromo area, we will stop at the parking area, and then you will cross the sea of sands by walking for about 30 minutes until reach the stairs up at the slope of Mt. Bromo which will lead you to reach the peak of Mt. Bromo. Afterward, we prepare your camera to catch the perfect sunrise here. Around 5:15 AM the sun rises perfectly and it’s your chance to capture. Around 7.00 the jeep will bring you to the savanna at the mountainside of Mount Bromo area. After enjoying all the places in Mount Bromo, we will take you back to the hotel for breakfast, take a shower, pack, and load bags into our car. Then, we will continue our trip to Surabaya for about 3-4 Hours (depending on the traffic situation). TOUR’S SERVICES FINISHED
